AirMail reimagines the mailbox for the digital age. Installed in family homes and apartment buildings as a screen, it’s a private, address-based inbox that delivers encrypted messages only from verified senders. No junk, no noise. It’s mail, modernized !

Mail Needs a Reboot

Today’s communication landscape is overwhelmed by digital noise, physical junk mail, and pervasive scams. This leads to missed important messages, environmental burden, and a constant sense of insecurity.

1. Mailbox or Trashbox?

The average American household receives 454 pieces of mail every year , and some estimates suggest that for every one piece of standard mail, 18 pieces of junk mail are received.

2. Their mails still haunt your place !

We keep getting mail for people who moved out ages ago and there’s no way to stop it, no one to contact, and the system just keeps blindly delivering junk.

3. They’re not who they seem

Emails and texts are becoming increasingly dangerous as scammers impersonate government agencies or reputable companies. It is hard to know who is behind.

We are Reimagining the Future of Mail

Airmail

We’re changing the way your most important mail gets delivered !

Isolated From the Noise

The average person in the U.S. gets 32 emails and 100-200+ notifications every day. It’s overwhelming, and important messages get lost in the chaos. Meanwhile, scammers sneak in, making it even harder to trust what you see.

That’s why we’re creating a special digital mailbox: a simple screen just for your most important mail. No distractions, no spam. Just the messages you need to see, safe and clear !

No One Can Pretend to be Someone Else

The Federal Trade Commission receives thousands of complaints from scam victims who are contacted by email or text from people pretending to be official organizations or the government. While paper mail is the most effective way to communicate important information, the world is going paperless and we need a solution to this problem.

At Airmail, we verify every sender before they can send mail. There are no personal accounts. Only trusted and verified businesses, government agencies, and organizations can communicate directly and securely with the people who need to hear from them.

Accessible

Changing the address after moving has always been a hassle, and users often miss important mail.

With Airmail, users don’t need to update every service. If verified as a resident, they can access their mail from any Airmail kiosk in the building. It connects directly with the landlord’s system to confirm residency. The user simply enters their PIN, and their mailbox is ready. No lost mail, no extra steps.

Other Features

No Junk Mails

Airmail won’t flood users with promotional mail. If users don’t want to receive mail from a specific sender, they can easily opt out the sender entirely, which gives them full control over what reaches their mailbox.

End-to-End Encryption

All mail on Airmail is protected with end-to-end encryption using a hybrid of AES and RSA encryption. This ensures that only the intended user can access and read their mail.

Cloud Backup

All mails will be securely backed up on the cloud for a limited time (exact duration to be finalized), allowing users to easily access their past mail whenever needed.

No Links

Mails in Airmail will contain no links, and the kiosk won’t support any browser redirection. This eliminates phishing risks and keeps the experience safe and secure for every user.

No Camera/ Mic

The kiosk has no camera, no microphone. It doesn’t see or hear anything. It’s just a screen, built for one simple purpose - to deliver your mails securely.

Community

Airmail prioritizes local organizations that need to share important info within a community. They have the address but not the personal contact of the residents, making Airmail the perfect way to stay connected, securely.

Airmail for Local Businesses

Airmail offers an AI-powered business portal that lets local businesses easily create and send mail to people nearby, helping them boost sales and reach their community effectively.

Airmail for the Community

Community organizations, police, and local authorities can quickly send important reminders, alerts, and messages to the Airmail kiosk nearby.

AirMail is a digital mailbox system designed for apartment buildings. Instead of getting lost letters, fake emails, or outdated mail, AirMail lets you access verified mail from government offices, utility companies, and local businesses digitally, safely, and on time.

Because today’s mail is broken. People get letters meant for others. Important notices get lost. Emails are full of scams. AirMail was built to simplify and secure mail, one building at a time.

Once we install AirMail kiosks on the buildings, just walk up to the kiosk in your building, tap your apartment number, verify with your PIN, and if there’s mail for you, it will appear instantly on screen. You can also print it if needed.

Not yet. Right now, AirMail is kiosk-based only to keep things simple, secure, and accessible. An app may follow based on user feedback.

No. AirMail is completely free for tenants- same as your traditional mailbox.

No. AirMail works alongside your physical mailbox. It’s built to reduce confusion, scams, and unnecessary paper by handling important, verified digital mail in a smarter, more secure way.

No. The current demo is just a simulation. No real mail is delivered yet. It’s designed to show you what the experience will be like once AirMail is fully launched.

Just open the kiosk demo on your device, select a sample apartment number (like 101 or 202), and explore what it’s like to view, print, or report mail.

All the mails are end-to-end encrypted with RSA-AES hybrid encryption. So, no one- not even us, can see your mails except the sender and the intended receiver.

We’d love to hear from you! You can contact us through this page.
